2025年3月23日至29日，由中国民生银行、中国乡村发展基金会主办，四川大学教育培训部承办的中国民生银行“两县双建”基层干部县域乡村发展专题培训班在成都成功举办，来自河南滑县、封丘县的80名基层干部参加。

本次培训聚焦县域乡村发展主题，通过“政策解读+案例研讨+实地考察”多维教学模式，助力基层干部突破发展瓶颈，进一步提升基层干部推动县域乡村发展的能力，助力乡村振兴战略全面实施。

专题讲座环节，来自四川大学、成都大学、成都市委党校、四川西部经济文化发展研究院等单位的专家们从不同维度深入剖析乡村发展的关键问题。
通过“中国县域经济发展现状、挑战与未来发展”“国内外宏观经济形式与新发展格局”“乡村振兴视角下的乡村治理机制创新与城乡融合发展” 等课程帮助基层干部们清晰把握当前县域经济的形势，明确未来发展方向，拓展宏观视野，使其理解大环境对乡村发展的影响。
通过“加快城乡融合发展 全面推动乡村振兴”“乡村振兴战略与农村产业发展”“新常态下镇村主导产业和特色产业的培育与发展”“发展乡村特色产业 促进农村共同富裕” 等课程，从政策解读到产业实践，全方位为基层干部们提供理论支撑与实践指导，帮助他们更好地结合本地实际，探索乡村振兴的有效模式。

培训班还组织学员们前往明月村、天府伏季水果研究院、战旗村等实践教学点实地考察学习。在明月村，学员们亲身感受了文创产业与乡村旅游融合发展所带来的乡村活力与魅力，了解到如何通过挖掘本土文化资源，打造特色乡村品牌，实现产业兴旺与乡村文化繁荣；天府伏季水果研究院则展示了农业科技创新在推动水果产业发展中的关键作用；战旗村作为乡村振兴的示范村，其在基层党组织建设、农村产权制度改革、产业多元化发展等方面的成功实践，让学员们深受启发，对如何发挥基层党组织引领作用，推动乡村全面振兴有了更直观的认识。
