初心如炬，勇担时代育人使命
自2008年成立以来，上海市司法警官学校教学研究科教官团队始终牢记“为党育人、为国育才、为监狱事业育魂”的崇高使命。他们扎根教育培训一线，用实际行动回答“为谁培养人、培养什么人、怎样培养人”的时代之问。

无论是常规化业务上课、常态化岗位练兵和职业技能比武，还是转岗培训、业务指导、应急演练，他们都倾尽全力，坚决完成每一项任务。他们的默默奉献，正如燃烧的红烛，照亮了无数监狱民警的成长之路，也为监狱事业发展注入了源源不断的动力。
精研实干，铸就培训发展硕果
进入新时代，这支团队紧跟司法部“铸警魂、砺精兵、强作风、担使命”实战大练兵的部署，全面落实局党委“29+X”高质量发展任务。他们精准把脉培训需求，打造课程教材特色，狠抓实训练兵比武，坚持“教、学、练、战、考”一体化的培训模式、“随时、随地、随岗、随人”的“四随”培训方法、岗位练兵比武竞赛的常态化机制等系列特色的教育培训品牌。

在上海监狱高质量发展开局之年，团队开展各类送教上门，指导各单位组织各类岗位实务培训和练兵比武；编写《监狱民警实战工作指南》《监狱民警基层基础工作规范操作流程》《上海监狱民警教育培训教材体系》《新录用监狱人民警察管教业务课程讲义》等7本教材，合计32万余字。展现了新时代监狱教育培训的高质量发展成果。
砥砺深耕，谱写教育发展新章

上海市司法警官学校始终牢记局党委的重托，将教官队伍建设作为推动教育培训高质量发展的核心力量。积极落实“2135”工程：培养监管业务、警体警技名师2人，力争实现每名教官拥有1门主打精品课程、独立完成3门课程、合作完成5门课程的目标。并开展经常性的教学督导和教研活动，共同推动教官教学质量提升。努力打造一批“学科带头人”和“教学领头羊”，擦亮上海监狱教育培训的“金字招牌”和“亮丽名片”。
